Claude brings over 35 years of extensive experience in financial management and reporting, particularly in New York State's Office for People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD), Department of Health (DOH), and Education Department (NYSED) rate-setting methodology.
Throughout his distinguished career, Claude has expertly managed financial operations, overseeing budgets, cash flow, investments, and financial reporting. He has consistently provided strategic guidance to CEOs, Finance Committees, and Boards of Directors, ensuring financial stability and operational excellence.
